Leigh Gale wanted to honor her mother's memory by holding an event to support breast cancer research, so she organized a special evening soirée at which the signature drink was Penny's Pink Lemonade. Leigh also arranged a silent auction, and offered dancing and wine. Tickets were $60. The event raised $20,000 for BCRF!
